User Accounts To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account Not share your account credentials with any third party We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws. 4. Subscription and Payments Our Services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to: Pay all subscription fees as specified at the time of purchase Provide valid and up-to-date payment information Authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscriptions Pay any applicable taxes, including VAT Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days' notice. 5. Free Trial We may offer free trials for certain Services. Free trials are subject to the terms specified at the time of signup. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the then-current rate. We will notify you before your trial period expires. 6. Cancellation and Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for: Violation of these Terms Non-payment of fees Fraudulent or illegal activity Any other reason at our sole discretion 7. No Warranty Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BXE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. 12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Johannesburg, South Africa. 13. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Johannesburg, South Africa, in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. 14. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our Services. 15.
