This PAIA Manual is prepared in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 ("PAIA"). The purpose of this manual is to provide information on the records held by BXE and to outline the procedure to be followed when requesting access to such records.

7. Request Procedure
Requests for access to information must be made in writing and submitted to the Information Officer.
The request must include:

BXE will process the request within the timeframes prescribed by PAIA.
8. Fees
A prescribed fee may be payable before access to records is granted, in accordance with PAIA regulations. Fee details will be communicated to the requester upon receipt of the request.
